PDI, the parent company of TVG, announced that it has decided to exit the marketing research business, and TVG is negotiating to again become a private company, owned and operated by its current management team, returning to the model that first established TVG as a leader in market research and consulting.

Please be assured that all on-going projects and engagements will be completed with no change to scope, timelines, or your TVG research team. This is simply a change in ownership; neither current workflow nor our ability to take on new project work will be affected.
